Thermofocus is a vanguard thermometer, since it matches the advantages of its comfort, the speed in the measurement-taking and its hygienic quality, this latter being a fundamental factor above all if we think of consulting rooms or hospitals. Since it never gets in contact with the forehead, it can be used to take the temperature in all patients without having to intervene with any disinfection operation or without any kind of discomfort for the patient.

Besides the body temperature's measurement, a doctor can use Thermofocus, using the button “home”, to scan the temperature in a certain area of the skin, comparing it to the surrounding area or to the symmetrically specular one (two legs, two feet etc.), it is then possible to find anomalies due to inflammations, circulatory problems, etc. If it is necessary, of course, it is possible to use it on open or healing wounds (even on internal organs during surgical operations since there is no contact between the thermometer and the part on which the temperature has to be taken).
