Whistleblowing and Complaints Procedure
1. Purpose
The company provides employees, workers, contractors, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders with a system for reporting, in good faith, unlawful, unethical conduct or behaviour contrary to company policies and the Code of Ethics.
Reports may concern, for example: bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violations of workers’ rights or other forms of non-compliance.
2. Who can report and protection of reporting persons
Reports may be submitted by employees, workers and external parties having a business relationship with the company.
The company does not tolerate retaliation, discrimination, intimidation or other adverse consequences against anyone who makes a report in good faith.
Information relating to the reporting person and the report is handled confidentially and made accessible only to authorised persons or those involved in handling the report.

The reporting channels and this procedure are communicated to employees and external stakeholders and made available on the company website.
4. Anonymity and Confidentiality
Anonymity depends on the method chosen to submit a report. An anonymous report may be submitted by placing a written communication, containing no identifying information, in the internal reporting box or in the external company mailbox.
Reports made in person or through an e-mail address that can be linked to the reporting person are not anonymous. In such cases, and whenever the identity of the reporting person is known or may be inferred from the information provided, the company ensures that the information received is treated confidentially and restricts access to authorised persons or those involved in handling the report.
The company does not disclose the identity of the reporting person or information that could identify them, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
5. Handling of reports
Management or the designated person:
– receives and assesses the report;
– carries out checks proportionate to the nature of the reported facts, where necessary;
– protects the confidentiality of information and restricts access to authorised persons;
– implements or proposes corrective and preventive actions, where necessary;
– retains relevant documentation in accordance with applicable legislation, including personal data protection requirements.
Anonymous reports are assessed where they contain sufficient information to allow the reported facts to be checked.
6. Whistleblowing
Where a report falls within the scope of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, it is handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and protections.
In other cases, reports are still handled in accordance with the company’s principles of confidentiality, fairness and non-retaliation.
7. Availability
This procedure is made available to external stakeholders through company communication channels, including the company website.
8. Records and review
Reports and any resulting actions are handled and documented proportionately, while protecting the confidentiality of the persons involved.
Management periodically reviews the effectiveness of the reporting system and updates this procedure whenever necessary.
